I don't think anyone would get suspicious about you knowing District 1's reaction to a proposed plan. Maintaining good relationships with the other Districts helps camouflage our alliance, after all. I agree that keeping District 1 around is better for us personally. I doubt they'd react strongly enough to endanger themselves.

I think I'm going to sleep on it for the time being, but yeah I think you're probably right. Let me know when River gets back to you.

Nvm, it seems like Ulysses talked to Gilly and she's thinking about switching it around anyway. I was gonna go to bed but then got caught up in PMing, lol. I'll probably really go to bed in like 10 minutes or something. Good night to you too!

Glad the situation is resolved before it can even become a situation.
I want to go to bed but I see that Kirby is active, and I'd like a message from him before I log off for the night. Kirby, please reply to me soon!

OK so we might have a bit of a problem. Shuichi says that 9 will be a likely vote instead of 8, and idk if that's just something that he's assuming or if people are telling him 9's the vote to blindside him, but regardless he's pretty intent on voting out 9 over 8. OK wait I didn't read til the end of the message, apparently that it what he's hearing about the vote, but obviously that not's true (or at least I hope it's not). He at least knows that 4 is pretty tight with 9 so he won't go running to Gilly, but I have no idea how he feels about Fenrir. Basically I'm just really torn about what to tell him. I don't think this matters if 4 ends up nominating 12, unless they don't, or if they decide to vote out 9 over 12, which could get bad. I'm inclined to go along with it and tell him we'll go along with it if that's what everyone else is doing, but obviously I don't want it coming back to 9. I'm also torn about whether to give 9 the heads up since that could influence him to want 1 over 8. I guess we can also just tell him that 8's looking to be the nomination, but I have no idea what Gilly plans to do regarding that and I don't know what she's telling him, plus I don't want it to leak out prematurely. Basically I'm just a bit stuck here.

Also, an update from Gilly. It seems like they're now arguing between nominating 8 and 1, and it seems like 12 is more/less off the table nomination wise, meaning that's likely going to be the vote out.

OK Ted, now Shuichi is really banking on us blindsiding 9. He says he's got himself, 8 and 10 and would only need us to vote them out as a majority, and I reaaaaallly don't want to do that but also reeeaaaaly don't want to tell him no. Help.

OK now Gilly says she's most likely nominating 1, and I don't think there's anything I can really do to sway her mind since Kirby's pretty intent on that as well. I'm not sure whether or not we should break it to 1, at least for right now.

Is District 4's plan for District 12 to be the vote? That would take advantage of 12 the player's intent to medevac next round. I'd obviously like District 1 to stick around for our personal benefit, but I don't think it's a very big deal if we lose them. I definitely don't think it's worth blindsiding District 9 to do that. Inside the big alliance, District 9 is the one that I both trust most and feel least threatened by when it comes to challenges. Do you feel similarly?

Yes, that's currently the plan. I feel the same way about district 9, which is why I'm kind of freaking out about Shuichi wanting him out! What should I say to Shuichi, though? He says he's been thinking about ordering it like 12/9 depending on who Gilly nominates, which wouldn't matter anyways if we said yes, but if he catches wind he's getting nominated he might want to just throw caution to the wind and go all in voting out 9. I'm really worried that if he finds out he's getting nominated he's just going to want to take out 9 even more. Basically, what should our excuse be for not wanting to follow through with voting out 9? I need to tell him something at least plausible and I'm kind of drawing up a blank.

TBH with only 4 hours left until the deadline, you could just ghost him. I think I'm going to give River a noncommittal response right now and then not respond to anything else from her. I might avoid the board as a whole so I don't show as online, but I'll probably still check sporadically in case the situation changes again. If a District 1 member survives, we can tell them that we were surprised by their nomination and thought the nominees would be Districts 8 and 12. It would be mostly true. You could also tell him something about how your relationship with District 9 is slightly better than with District 12? Or you could say that Ted is hesitant to go for that play right now and would rather go for the safe vote.

I don't know if I could really just ghost him. I'll probably just tell him we're leaning towards voting 12/8? Maybe not right now though, I'm not super hyped to play this game right now. Or yeah, that we probably just want to play it safe right now.

Apparently River knows that her District is getting nominated? That's according to Zod, anyway. I'll let you know if she says something similar to me too.
Are you demotivated because of the game itself, or something outside of it?

Oh, it didn't sound like Shuichi knew based on the last message he told me. And I just sent a message pretending like Gilly was leaning more towards 8, but that was kind of true based on the second to last message she sent me.
It's probably because this is the most stressful vote we'd have to face so far and I'd rather not be apart of it tbh.

I just heard a rumor that now Shuichi and I are being nominated. Have you heard that? Yeah I’m honestly really confused and frustrated by this entire situation. Where are y’all voting? I've heard your District floated, but I've also heard Districts 8, 9, and 12, so I feel pretty lost. Our vote's currently on District 12, with District 8 as the secondary. I thought this was going to be another easy round of picking off inactives. What I was thinking of doing was a 12 primary 9 secondary vote since I was told 9 is allied with 4 and I haven’t heard confirmation from anyone about where Killy is voting, which is probably a red flag. Apparently there is also a push for you and Stitch to be voted for in addition to 12. Please believe me that I would NEVER vote for you guys!! Do you have any idea what’s going on? I haven't replied to the last one yet.

I'm also slightly paranoid because if Shuichi catches wind that I'm not being entirely honest then he can possibly sway 8, 10, and 12 to vote in his favor, which I don't think it's likely but it's kind of scary to think about.

She might think that her District is a potential vote instead of District 4's nomination.
I'm really hoping that the people 'pushing' us are just our allies putting up a smokescreen.

Do you have any clue where Tracer's head is at? She might have sole control of her District's votes right how.

Fuck man. How loyal do you feel to the big alliance? I know I just recently said I want to stick around with District 9, but Zod is considering flipping to the other side and sacrificing District 9 to distance from District 4. He doesn't seem committed to that yet, and I haven't given him a committed answer either. What do you think?

I mean, I guess it would make River and Shuichi happy. But like if they all went to the Eliminator, 9 would probably spill our alliance and 1 would probably spill our alliance as well (well not technically, but we were still super close) and I'm not sure that would pan out well for us. I'm completely on board with whatever you want to do though, really. I don't feel especially loyal to anyone but you tbh.

I'm trying to figure out how things play out. Kirby not being around is making this tougher. Districts 1, 8, and 12 are all going to vote for District 9. Us, 9, and 3 could tie it. I have no clue where District 10's vote goes. If it stays tied, District 4 breaks the tie and our alliance stays strong. But I don't think we can rely on that happening because of the District 10 uncertainty. Should we flip and try to do damage control in our PMs with Districts 1 and 9?
