Welcome Fenrir and Tracer! As representatives of the beacon of innovation that is District 3, I am thrilled to see how you will prove your dominating intellect. While considered less fortunate in some material means, you more than make up for it with your tenacity in the factories and your creativity with the inventions you design. You might recognize Beetee and Wiress as a couple of the previous winners from your brilliant District, and I would encourage you to put yourselves in their mind spaces. I understand that you may not have volunteered as tribute, but I am sure you recognize the wisdom of putting your best foot forward and performing as best you can. Either way, this is your board. You may use it for anything that you want! Communicate, strategize, perform challenges, or simply encourage one another to be the most successful team you can be. May the odds be ever in your favor.

You will have temporary access to view The Eliminator just so that you can review it. In addition, you will have temporary access to view your old District forums to give the opportunity for you to note anything before you lose access permanently. We will be disabling access to both these areas after 6pm PDT tomorrow. Let us know if you have technical difficulties.

Okay!
Let's do this!
What kind of times would work for you? My schedule tends to keep changing so I will probably try and work around what works for you.
Also we should absolutely use a chatzy for this challenge imo.
And how are you feeling about a challenge like this?

This is gonna be a pretty challenging challenge. I want to use the site and see what sorta strategies work well before we actually need to start, and to see which part I'll be better at.

Ok it's graded on a scale of 5000 points. Getting within 5 miles got me like 4.99k, so I think the most important thing is getting to the city. Worrying about the details might slow us down, and we're better off worrying about the maps in countries where we can't speak the language.
What worked best for me was to find a sign of literally anything and using google maps to get close to there. It led me astray once where it took me to new south wales instead of more western Australia. I probably should have looked at what was nearby, because I think that would have fixed it.
I also had an image where there was no signage, and I wasn't able to move around much, and the google strategy failed me there. It also was difficult for one where the signage was in another language, and I couldn't recognize the script. I think it was Arabian or something, but I couldn't really understand it. Thankfully, there were other identifying things about it that I could find.
Based on this, I think I'd be pretty good as a spotter but pretty poor as a navigator.
I'm also free whenever I'm awake, which will be until midnight PST and I tend to wake up and about 8 AM PST.

Ok so getting within a mile/KM is huge. Those last 70 miles is almost 10% of the points.

Yep, it really is!
And I would be very happy to be the navigator whilst having you as the spotter.
As for times, if possible for you, sometime between 12pm (noon) and 12:30pm (Pacific Time) tomorrow would work well for me. (12 hours and 17 minutes from now)

Would you like to lock in Tracer as spotter and Fenrir as navigator? Would you like us to set you up with chatzy for this challenge?

Ok so for the images, I'm gonna try to find stuff I think you can google map. Once you've done that, try to describe where the place actually is. Getting it narrowed down was difficult for me to do myself when I could actually see both images, so describing it is probably gonna be tough.
I can see road names and other cities, so I'll probably ask you where the thing is relative to a known landmark.

So assuming we do win, which seems pretty likely at this point, what do you think our best plan of survival is gonna be? We need to create as much chaos as possible if we don't wanna get thrown back in next round.
I wanna nominate susan/Kirby and hope people vote in d7.

I think removing our biggest threats challenge-wise is best, and considering that D7 is more likely to be voted out than D8, I agree nominating D8 would be the way to go. So your plan sounds great

Kirby tells me that they’re probably voting district 7, but I feel that D12 probably nominate us here?
There could be a chance that they nominate D7 and we try and get D7 to vote D8 though maybe
