The Panne place is pretty much just the sign, it looks like. The letters look like bubbles if that makes sense, like really rounded, both of the p's are filled with orange but the other letters are filled with white. I think it'll take only about a minute to get to the Joao place from the car wash.

Found it. Where's the construction place relative to the starting point?

Also directly to the left of the Panne sign is a bunch of Ronaldo posters, but I'm not sure if those would be present in your Google View as well.

It's a bit hard to explain. Essentially if you take the gap that's in the wall and go the direct opposite direction you'll find it in about a hundred feet or so, I started on like a dirt path. Can you show me where on the map you are, relative to the other locations you mentioned on the maps you posted earlier?

I might've gone too far or not far enough down the dirt road, but I ended up here.

Zoomed in on the spot.

Where is the closest location to you where you're currently at? (like a resturant, building, something with a name and a little circle-dot on Google Maps).

I was 53 m off, so we got the full 5000 points, yay! And it only took... like an hour and a half I think, which is longer than even the deadline. I'm glad we did a practice round at least, because we need to focus a lot more on speed compared to accuracy. That was actually a nightmare to try to pin down. I'm going to take a break for a while, and I'm gonna try to brainstorm how we can get it done a weeee bit faster. It'll probably help a lot once we get an actual Chatzy, but there's still some adjusting to be done.

The construction company is southeast of there, on Pequeno Av. Let me know how close you get!

I think I just didn't realize how long it would take to actually pinpoint the city on the map. The highways helped a lot, which is good to remember for next time. Also I really should've tried to find a unique building as quickly as I can, because it went pretty smoothly once we were able to point to the exact interesection.

Yay, full points! Glad you want a break too. I'm gonna eat dinner real quick. It might be worthwhile to give ourselves a deadline of 20 minutes for each section during the actual challenge, and just rollover unused minutes. We figured out the city pretty quickly, and probably could've made a guess near the landmarks that showed up. Wouldn't have been full points, but would probably have been good.

Also I love that I did no research of my own and still ended up with like 10+ tabs open because of the screenshots and keeping track of my previous notes, lol.

Oh we actually only get 16 minutes per location. I thought we got 20 more minutes than we actually do.

There were several times during this process where I had to figure out which of my tabs I needed to keep and which I could close LOL.

The way the challenge is structured it gives us exactly 15 minutes for each of the 5 locations, plus an extra 5 minutes for uploading or as a safety net, so that's probably what we should aim for. Yeah, I'm thinking it's probably not worth it to go for the 5000 if it's going to take that long to get it, we just need to find a good balance between speed and accuracy.

Enjoy your dinner! I don't know whether you wanna try to practice again when you get back or just jump into it. You could also do a quick round as spotter on the World Map if you wanna try that. I think I did pretty meh, but I've learned a lot this round and could probably do better next time.

OK actually I'm not going to be on the rest of the night, and I'm a bit too tired to do the challenge tonight anyhow. I'll see if I can come on a bit later to practice again, but I dunno if I'd be able to.

Rest up! We'll get this tomorrow. I should have my daily play back by then, so I can do a practice round as the spotter.

I've done a bit of practicing earlier today and I think I got a better hang of it, though trying to describe foreign text is a pain. I'll be ready whenever you are in terms of practice and scheduling is concerned, I'm just going to go eat first.
