Ehhhh... I don't know how I feel about this. I'm not very good at Geology at all. It sounds like it's going to be another communication heavy challenge, but I'm hoping it turns out more like the drawing one and less like the spot-the-difference one.

Ahhhhh it's finally over. As you could clearly see, me & Ted spent a good bulk of the deadline just practicing and strategizing, and I think in isolation our score turned out pretty good. Is it better than everyone else, though? The only district I'm kind of worried about is 8, but I think 24,906 is a pretty good score overall. I'm a bit anxious because practicing before a challenge never goes over well for me, but I'm hoping this time it's different. At the end of the day, I'm glad I didn't majorly mess up on any of them. I'd really like to not lose, but if I do then at least I'd know I put in my best effort. Whether I win or lose this challenge could make or break my game, especially since I didn't have the time (or tbh the motivation) to PM anybody and me/Ted are likely the biggest targets left.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!
Welp, there's goes all my hopes and dreams, as far as this game's concerned at least. I'd have to position myself to be behind both Districts 8 and 3... which is pretty much impossible, regardless of what I'd do. District 7 is finally through, or at least how I know it.

I'm not sure if the result would've actually been different if I had gone for 3/12 instead last round. 3 probably would've done just as well at least. Maybe I should've had Ted done the spotting, but I felt I would've been really distracted as the Navigator and wouldn't do a good job. Idk.

Spectator Questions: Sorry it's been a while, few things going on but I'm back now with some more of your favourite questions!!!
1) D12 coming in with a win there leaving 2 of D3,7 and 8 to be sent to the eliminator...what's your argument for why it shouldn't be you? 2) If it is you, which pair would you want to join you so that you're stronger when you come back out? 3) Given that this is the last voting round, does this change up how you play? there's no need for any social politics next round, you can burn all your bridges here if you like 4) If the geoguesser website could drop your character off anywhere in the world, where do you think they'd want to go? 5) Rank the remaining players in order of who you think has the best chance to win the game

Peeeeta!!
1)I mean idk. Why would people want to keep me? I think I'll have a better chance at swaying 8 to vote with me than 3, but that's pretty slim as is, plus that'll also mean 12 would have to nominate 8 themselves, which is the last thing I see them doing this round. I can probably play up 3's challenge strength to get them nominated / voted out again, but I haven't talked to anyone yet this entire round and if I do try to reach out it's going to be pretty obvious I'm just trying to save my own skin.
2)District 3. On a personal note I guess I'd rather be paired with Kirby or Susan, but I'm not sure how well that'll fare for my game. Actually, I think I'll have to think about it for the while. It won't actually matter unless I get nominated myself since the choice would be up to 12 in that case.
3)Considering burning bridges was all I did last round I doubt I'd be doing anything differently this round, lol.
4)Hmmmmmmm, idk. Where's that place where Stitch spent 90% of the movie at? Ugggh, it's at the tip of my tongue but I just can't seem to recall it. I swear we went there during the Geogueesr challenge as well, I think the last one? What did it start with, an H or something? Eh, never mind, I'm sure it'll come to me eventually!
5)I mean idk, I guess it depends on who gets sent this round. I'd say probably Fenrir > Wenya > Kirby > Stitch? > Ted > Susan > Tracer > Tetra, most of that is just who I think is most likely to win the Eliminator challenge if they get sent in plus who'll have the best chance at winning the final challenge at the end.

OK so I finally mustered up the motivation to send a PM to Susan, which at this point was more of a goodbye message than anything else. Me & Wenya are having some light conversation as well but I have no idea where her head's at nomination wise. I'm going to go to work pretty soon so I won't have the time for much else. Basically I'm just hoping for a strong partner next round, but tbh I don't feel especially close to anyone, at least to the same extent as Ted. Man, this is really going to sting even if I do end up winning the Eliminator.

Huh, the Elimintator wasn't as good a read as I was anticipating. Probably because I was already in the alliance and knew most about what was going on anyways. In other news, I'll probably try the challnege tomorrow night as I'm pretty swamped at the moment, it sounds like it's some type of flash game, probably something arcade-like judging by the rule description.

Well, only an hour and a half until I learn whether or not my journey ends here. I mean technically I'll find out later than that 'cus I have to go back to work soon, but y'know. Fingers crossed!
