Hiya River. I have my sheet split up into 4 quadrants and will be drawing on a layer above that.

I assume quadrants will go top left, top right, bottom left, bottom right?

Also for shapes, give the pixel positions of the corners, that way I can set them up easily. I figure you'd do that anyway, but ya know. Also we don't have to be exact exact, just pretty exact.

General overview: This is a hand drawn weird picture of what looks like some sort of red spider head (R: 251, G: 0, B: 6) with two large outer fangs and five middle fangs. In the upper left corner and it takes up the majority of the left upper quadrant and parts of the larger fangs spill into the upper right quadrant and lower left quadrant. There is a smaller purple flower (R: 159, G: 0, B: 255) in the upper right quadrant. not symmetrical at all. 5 petals. the flower has a face that looks like The bottom of the picture has what looks like to be part of the upper part of earth. There is a weird orange character on top of the earth, leaning to the northwest to attack the weird spider dude. the orange dude has two arms that are black squiggles with what looks like to be small yellow hands. The orange dude, his hands, and the earth comprise the bottom half of the image. it looks like it is sending some goldfish blue shaped frowning figure into the spider head. I will now break it up quadrant by quadrant.

UPPER LEFT QUADRANT:
Okay, so the red spider figure is completely red and covering the upper left corner from pixel marker 0-410 on the left (y axis) to 0-905 on the top (x axis). it is important to note that each drawing is outlined in true black (R:0, G:0, B:0) and the black appears to be about 20 pixels thick (so on the upper right side of the spider the black outline starts at 905 and extends to around the 925 mark). However, from 0-410 and 0-905 it is not outlined in black. The red spider has two eyes. The whites of the eyes are white (R: 255, G: 255, and B: 255). None of the figures are shaded so when I give you a color, no need to worry about lighting or shading or anything. Just flat color. Back to the eyes. Again, the eyes are outlined in black. The outer left corner of the left eye is marked at coordinates 52 px on the x axis and 96 px on the y axis. The outer right corner of the left eye is marked at coordinates 309 px on the x axis and 92 px on the y axis. The tallest part of the upper lid is marked at the 173 px x 42 px (everything will by x axis first, y axis second). The lowest part of the bottom lid is at 174 px x 145 px. It is not a perfect connecting line from one corner of the eye to the other. All eyelashes are curving toward the left. There are 6 eye lashes on the upper lid of the left eye, done in the same black outlining size. the eyelash on the furthest left is at 80 px x 66 px on the upper lid and the top of the eyelash ends at 26 px x 58 px. The highest part of that eyelash is at 50 px x 41 px. Next eyelash was drawn at 120 px x 56 px and ends at 77 px x 30 px with the highest point being at 99 px x 24 px. The third eyelash starts at 163 px x 47 px, ends at 133 px x 23 px and basically that is the highest point so it only extends a little to the left at the end without curing downward. 4th eyelash is at 208 px x 48 px and stops at 187 px and 13 px. Also the highest point. 5th eyelash starts at 255 px x 58 px, ends at the highest point of 415 px x 865 px. Last eyelash starts at 287 px x 68 px and ends at the highest point of 288 px x 33 px. The pupil is solid black. the left corner is at 126 px x 88 px. The right corner is at 229 px x 96 px. tallest point of the pupil is at 170 px x 73 px and the lowest point is at 169 px x 111 px. This is not a smoothly drawn pupil and is not perfect in shape, but it is a sideways oval shape. The right eye is not fully in view, only about half of it is. it is slightly angled downward. The left corner of the right eye is at 557 px x 71 px. No end of the right corner is in view. the upper lid gets cut off at the top of the picture at around 596 px with the bottom lid cut off around 769 px. Only one full eyelash is in view and it is closest to the inner corner. The first eyelash starts at 557 px x 43 px and ends at 516 px x 8 px. both eyelashes are slightly curved toward the northeast. the second eyelash starts at 567 px x 23 px and extends up to the top of the picture and ends at 552 px. This white of the eye is also completely white. the pupil is also black and the inner corner is at 619 px x 32 px. The rest of the pupil gets cut off so the upper part of the pupil is at 636 px and the lower part of the pupil is at 708 px.
I'm going to keep typing about the first quadrant but wanted to get this to you so you can start and give feedback.

UPPER LEFT QUADRANT CONTINUED:
I am going to break up the fangs from left to right of the image. All fangs meet at sharp points at the base of the face and continue to the next fang, if that makes sense. no spaces between fangs.
Big boy on the left (technically does not end in the first quadrant at all, extends into the bottom left quadrant): extends all the way down to 407 px x 797 px. Both sides of the spider face end in the big fangs so where I said above that the black outlining begins, that goes directly to the coordinate of this fang. The root of this fang comes back to a sharp point at 252 px x 203 px. From the point of the fang back up to the root/base of the face, it is a curved crescent shape. This fang curves southeast.
the 5 smaller fangs in between the two big fangs go as follows from left to right:
Small fang 1: ends at 381 px. The upper left of the fang meets the upper right of big boy left fang. The upper right of this fang is at 344 px x 179 px. And now the next fang starts here.
Small fang 2: ends at 447 px x 365 px. connects at the top with small fang 3 at 414 px x 180 px.
small fang 3: ends at 555 px x 336 px. Connects at the top with small fang 4 at 494 px x 153 px.
small fang 4: ends at 638 px x 306 px. Connects at the top with small fang 5 at 643 px x 132 px.
small fang 5: ends at 722 px x 299 px. Connects at the top with big boy right fang at 721 px x 123 px.
Big boy right fang: ends at 954 px x 570 px. Obviously extends into the upper right quadrant. This fang is curved in a crescent shape toward the southwest.
The rest of the upper left quadrant is that solid light blue color I first gave you. Except for the weird darker blue goldfish shaped creature hurdling toward the red spider. it is colored R: 0, G: 0, B: 255. This creature is at the very bottom right corner of the quadrant. it is oriented so that the tail is facing the southeast corner of the image and the head is pointed at the spider. The tail spans from 661 px x 589 px (with the black outline) to 719 px x 555 px. The fin/body is like a cut off triangle where it is flat on the bottom and the circular head cuts off the top of the triangle. So, the fin/body is at it's smallest on the left at 663 px x 553 px and the fin/body is at it's smallest on the right at 688 px x 531 px. The fish creature's head isn't perfectly circular, but whatever. The top of the head is at 651 px x 486 px. The left side of the head is widest at 628 px x 528 px. The right side is widest at 691 px x 507 px. The eye is a single circle that is solid black at 655 px x 512 px. The frown starts at 643 px x 529 px and extends downward to the right and ends at675 px x 536 px.
