I think I did a silly thing with my list, assuming that other members of this cast got similar treatment to me in being in a similar timezone to the original player. (Especially based on Coco telling me her country competes in Eurovision)

Although that's probably just me overthinking, when I did list The Star as a viable character I'd play.
Not that it means anything other that I possibly should have been with You for timezones.

Round 2 questions:
1. You are now part of a District! Your District's theme is specifically centered around a specific niche in The Hunger Games. Do you feel like a part of you fits the theme, or is it mostly just a silly gimmick you don't really care much for? Why do you feel this way? 2. As you are in a District, that means you have been paired up with someone. Is this an ideal person for you to be with or do you have reservations? What makes you feel this way? 3. Challenge scores & ratings were put up yesterday. Were there any surprises or did it all pretty much unsurprise you for the most part? What specifically seemed interesting about these ratings? 4. PM groups were decided yesterday, meaning you now have half the amount of people to talk to as you are used to. Is this a relief? Or are you finding some difficulties in trying to now navigate a less open social field? Have you been utilizing your District forum to exchange communication with your partner for the half you are no longer allowed to talk to? (We hope you might at some point so specs can see what sorts of info you are exchanging!) 5. The next challenge is up and it is your first District Challenge for Immunity? How do you feel about your chances? Do you feel your partner will help or hinder your ability to complete it? Elaborate.
May the odds be ever in your favor <3

If this was actually just a fight to the death between the characters, who would win? How do you think you would do?

Spectator questions! Would love to hear from you guys about your pairings and how you're feeling 1) How much have you and your partner talked before? 2) What do you feel you bring to this partnership? 3) What should be your team name? The punnier the better 4) What twists would you like to see in this game? 5) What's 3 things you and your partner have in common?

Why is asking people how they want to shorten their nicknames a thing? It doesn't actually give any context, and unless I'm talking behind your back, I'm almost never using the actual names in the first place.
New most hated pointless question, especially when it's something that is literally just the first word that pops as the username. Like maybe if Proboards was nice and let you guys give an extra two characters to the name you can have an argument, about "The Star" vs "Star", but ProBoards and the mods here have already dictated that it gets shrunk to just "Star".

May the odds be ever in your favor <3 The districts and there stuff is a pointless gimic. I feel that way because of the accidental inclusion of district 4 stuff in the district forum when you first gave me access. I have reservations as I think we're possibly going to have a big clash of timezone fuckery. But otherwise everything is fine and the person I'm partnered with at the moment doesn't matter when I'm going to have to kill them all to win in the end. I don't know these people, other than having zero understanding of how you judged the ratings, and if they actually mean anything. I think I've watched one Hunger Games movie, and basically know nothing about the favour of that from it. It means I've sent more openers rather than just replying now, Gilly is probably the only one in the other group that I'm thought of an opening for, and that's just stupid based on something my cousin's fiancee said once, and I don't think it would actually go anywhere, hence it never happening during the first 48 hours. (River Song was the only one I made during that time when I pre-congraulated her on winning based on River Song's timeline basically running in reserve) Well I'm fairly sure as we both have to do stuff, they'll help complete it. Only way to hinder is if they just don't do anything. Also depends how easy the differences are to actually find. Will get back to this question after we've done it and compare it to how much I need to get voted into the arena to eliminate them.

If this was actually just a fight to the death between the characters, who would win? How do you think you would do? In trying to answer this question, I have encounted these problems Do I even count as living to begin with? And then does Tapu Lepe fainting as is the pokemon way count as death? (same with pikachu) River Song can potentially regenerate as a Time Lord type person? Montreal Impact is a soccer club, How does that work? What life does a number have? Beetlejuice is already dead. I think I'll go with putting in as like Super Smash Brothers, Too which overall I think Zod would win on individual battles, but in a free-for-all, it ends up being 12, after everyone ignores them and they get the counter win.

I don't care that you're a challenge consultant o whatever they claim, I don't trust that you're a true spectator and these questions are therefore invalid. But I'll answer them anyway. 1. Not enough. See timezone problem. 2. Aesthetics. 3. Light Pony Express 4. I think tribe swaps every round is in the agenda. 5. Fashionable, Playing a character that has won a survivor game I posted at least once in the spectator section of, Not American.

The amount of times I quickly scroll down the page and see the district 5 image and think there are new posts in there. It's annoying me.
I don't think we managed to win the challenge, but that's probably good, because nobody wants to be the first Head of Household.
It was a hybrid between Endurance and Big Brother right?
*checks*, oh it was the challenge or something. There's too many reality TV shows I don't watch!

Spectator questions! Results of the second challenge are in, Birdo and Tracer took the victory 1) How safe are you feeling right now? 2) If you had the only vote here and didn't need to worry about social politics, who would you send to the eliminator? 3) Are you going to focus on threats or on quieter players? 4) If you're sent to the eliminator, do you think you'd make it back out? 5) In theory, half of everyone you vote off will come back from the eliminator, how will you manage their anger with you voting them off?

See previous comment about my belief that you're sightly more than just a spectator. If you're going to continue titling question sets in this way, I am going to have to assume you're from the future and a Peeta came second in a game. 1. I'm feeling very safe. I think the earliest I'd possibly go to the arena would be the third round as things stand. 2. I'd send who I think it's the biggest potential challenge threats to the arena. I haven't worked out who this is because I do have to worry about social politics though. It would probably be based off a average the two eye tests in a district plus the amount of missed differences. Whoever is lowest when those are combined is the biggest challenge threat. 3. Social politics are at play, we're killing off the quieter players first. 4. It will depend on what the elimination challenge is, but I'd like to believe that so far I have the advantage to survive should I get sent in. 5. I'll be telling them that they only went to the eliminator because I didn't like the other half of their team. I'll also then send them back to the eliminator because I don't like the person their now paired with.

I'm sure everyone is trying to ease potential paranoia, but when I'm doing extreme bad Gameboy strategy, everyone telling me they haven't heard my name is increasing my paranoia.
Like I'm fairly sure I'm still completely safe, but these conversations aren't making me actually feel safe.

Spectator questions! So Tapu Lele v Wenya Zhu and Shadow v Montreal Impact 1) Did you know that these were the districts being sent to the eliminator? (either by the immune pair or from feeling confident on the vote) 2) If you knew, did you in any way warn these districts about being sent and if so, what was the reaction 3) What 2 players do you want to win this eliminator challenge? 4) Describe (in as much detail as possible) the current gladiator battle that is currently going on in the eliminator 5) What's the juiciest gossip you've heard so far this game?

Ew I don't like the look for those sponsors, I know I've slacked off on the idol hunt (because I never get those anyway except by accident), but the straight veto just is cruel.
But at least there'll be an easy vote next round!
Well really it'll probably not be until halfway through the game that the ligated districts don't just get revolving doored anyway.

Hello again something in the future 2nd place getter Peeta! (yeah okay that's probably going to get old fast if it hasn't already, it's just like my prediction that River's timeline says she must win this game to be eligible for it) Pretty sure it's Harbringer vs Tetra and not Shadow vs Montreal Impact. I expected those two districts were getting sent, I half expected District 6 at one stage was who the immune pair was going to send in, but that died to not happenng. Well District 11 never talked to me, so I wasn't going to warn them. District 12 is just suddenly in there, but they likely would have been targets soon regardless. I want the weaken players to survive because we can kill them again easier. In this case I think it might be Tapu Lele and Harbringer I would like to live. From what I know about the current eliminator battle, it's a foodfight using Saint Pierre River as the battle ground. Harbringer is trying to drive the ship forward down the middle of it, while Tetra is trying to stop it from flooding by swinging the master sword in crazy antics. The real battle here hasn't even started yet as they wouldn't be aware that they are actually in danger. Tapu and Wenya are probably having an apology arguement, and the winner will be the one that doesn't hang up the phone. District 6 has started a train strike, possibly by wrecking a couple.

Spectator questions! 2 Players down already, sponsors being thrown around and that was only round 1 1) Do you know where the sponsorships came from? 2) Are you happy with the players who came out of the eliminator and how are you now are going to deal with them? 3) If a twist allowed you to swap partners would you and if yes, who would you want as a new partner and why? 4) Looking ahead, the overall winners of this game will be determined by challenges, would you/have you thrown any challenges to reduce your threat level? 5) In the spectator area we have a thread specifically for the best and funniest quotes of the game, are there any quotes from your PMs that you feel deserve a place in this thread?

Post by Star Worn By Verka Serduchka on Feb 29, 2020 12:18:46 GMT
Oh fine, I'll keep this thread as being used instead of making a (3A). Probably until I reach the B side or actually change districts. Which being #A means I think we're actually in round 3. As the starting leg was an non-elimination leg.
River claimed that she got the Katniss Crunch from winning the first challenge. I'm inclined to believe it, because well she did have the best score in the first challenge. if there's other things I should be hunting for, well whatever, I trust my challenge abilities to be better than Coco's, so I'm not going to rush to starting hunting anything. Montreal also doesn't speak, so I'm guessing they got theirs by having the fastest time to get their score in that first challenge.
Well I can't talk to Tetra, so I'll carry on as normal. If Weyna decides that they do want to message, they can start messaging, otherwise that pair is probably going back in again. Especially with their taunting of District 3. Well District 11 goes back in first, but we need to vote for 2 of them.
Twists do allow you to swap partners, it's called the eliminator. If I'm swapping partners, it's because I'm in there, I don't want to bother doing that anywhere else.
Nope. Throwing challenges is bad. Always bad, if I throw a challenge I expect to die. If I stuff up a challenge completely I expect to get eliminated. I do aim at coming at most second in any challenges (excluding the final one and any in the eliminator), but not via throwing.
Probably not. There aren't any quotes in my PMs that deserve a place in this thread let alone a best and funniest of the game thread.

Round 3 Questions:
1. You are now participating in your third challenge. Are you liking the challenges so far or have you found them to be too easy? What sorts of challenges do you hope to see going forward? 2. Two Sponsors were played last round, WOW! That's intense. Do you think there are more Sponsors around for the taking? How did the Sponsor plays affect your game? 3. Have you given any thoughts to alliances? Which Districts do you see yourself aligning with? Are there any players you want to work with that you feel your partner might not? 4. Is Peeta Mellark the worst spec of all time for stealing half my questions?! 5. Provide a ranking of all of the players by who you trust to who you don't trust. (including your partner if you wish)

1. I think it's good that you're giving us flash games while they're still playable. I'm going to miss them when they're[gone at the end of the year. I don't actually care what the challenges are, as long as whatever is inside the eliminator room when I get there is something like jigsaws.
2. There's a whole heap of spectators, they're the real sponsors. You shouldn't kidnap spectators. They basically haven't effected my game ply, Harbringer and Montreal wouldn't have sent any messages, so while I was on, nothing happened.
3. Nah, don't care about them. There's probably some lose alliance that could be made with Districts 3 & 4, but when I'm guessing at where things sit, well they ain't really going to actually form anything. If I don't form alliances, I don't have to feel guilty about backstabbing. Although it means people will backstab me I guess, but I'm prepared.
4. No, he's the worse spec of all time because he isn't spectating as a character that was a runner-up in a previous large social game. 4b. Nope, see above answer, you can't be best spectator if you're not a proper spectator. 4c. You're not currently i nthe same district, so I think both of you. I can't properly judge how good you are at surviving the eliminator when as far as I know doing so is just a coin flip.
5. Trust in this case is going to be how likely I believe they are to throw me into the eliminator if they win immunity or use a sponsor. I expect everyone to vote my name if that appears to be happening.
Coco Pommel Montreal Impact Zod Ulysses Tracer Kirby River Song Stitch Ted Cruz Susan 12 Birdo Wenya Zhu Shuichi Saihara Pikachu Beetlejuice Fenrir Shadow Tetra Gilly Donald
Maybe I should use this list to make alliance offers, or at least compare the overall ranking with what Coco might give me. You'll note Montreal is at the top of the list, he's never spoken to me, but I 100% trust him to not pick my name out at the present time.
