Sorry, didn't mean to go off <3
In further news, Harbinger hasn't logged on since being placed in the Eliminator, very cool!

I believe Tapu won the D2 spot from the eliminator. Wouldn't be surprised if Tetra makes it out due to Harbinger not participating, in which case we have our new D12.

To me it looks like: Wenya got it in 30 minutes Tapu took 15 minutes to submit their first try, then 8 minutes between the mod post and their second try, plus 10 minutes for having a wrong submission = 33 minutes

We plan to double/triple check all results to be 100% certain before posting anything, but yes Kat's calculation does appear to be the case currently.

I think either way new D12 was getting targeted again though, unless Tetra can pull some strings for them (or they win immunity)

Welp, Harbinger was apparently online 18 minutes ago, and proceeded...not to post or anything.
So not sure what is going to happen there tbh.

I'm not saying this is outside the realm of possibilities...buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut... On another note, Shuichi wants Gilly dead, and Zod seems to think of Kirby as an info leak. I think in the nearish future District 4 is going to find things a little challenging unless they dial it down.

Okay, River. So I got a proposition for how we need to move forward in this game. Cause like, we're threats, we were really good on both early challenge, people might not believe your idol tale and let's face it, we are not slowing down nor do I think it's possible for us to easily "decrease our threat level" in any way that doesn't just crop up. We are like a blazing campfire roaring to life against the pitch black sky. Sure we can try to put it out, but we might fail, and even if we do, everyone will remember they saw it. So instead what we need is to start a bunch of fires elsewhere, so no one comes for ours. I.E River, we need to start a lot of fights and create a lot of threats. Hopefully we will come into enough information to do this. ' Uhhh it feels like Shuichi is on a suicide mission. We will see if River comes back and is the voice of reason, but this is kind of insane thinking for round 2.

It's quite insane but there's already quite a few fires out there already
I think their best thing to do right now is to go under the radar for a few rounds, try to be in the middle of challenge results and not be the ones pushing anything

That awkward moment when you don't know what a diamond power of veto is... Gilly: "Anyway, just to address the elephant in the room, unless there's some mitigating factor to those idols that isn't readily apparent, or some balancing piece to the game design that makes them less broken, I am going to have words for the mods postgame. When your approach to hidden immunity idols makes SURVIVOR NEXUS look conservative, something has gone horribly wrong." A diamond power of veto lets you pick one nominee, who the house then has to vote out over whoever the nominee is that was nominated through normal means. A sponsor lets the user pick one pair and GUARANTEE that one of its members is going home. Furthermore, the diamond power of veto is something that has only appeared in a couple seasons of the show and was a one-time thing when it did pop up, so even if you do argue that they're equivalent in power, you have to understand why players would be incredibly concerned when two of them are played in the very first round of the game. I'm not saying that Gilly isn't jumping to conclusions, but I don't think it's fair to completely disregard a totally reasonable concern a player has about balance being their back. WRT this, I think it's worth mentioning that you do have a 50/50 chance to stay even if you're put in the eliminator - I feel like that does balance it a bit. It's equivalent to nominating two people in Big Brother but you *have* to nominate two people, which makes it somewhat worse because one of those people is guaranteed to stay in and is probably going to be very annoyed at you.
But Gilly's comment is likely spurred by them thinking that two sponsors being played round 1 means that lots of people must have them. It was a pretty incredible coincidence that both the sponsor-holders got nominated here.

People are going to think there's at least one more out there right now given River's lie about where she got hers matching up with how Montreal got theirs. Interested to see who ends up under suspicion through that.

Yeah, I don't think the power is necessarily broken especially since winning a challenge lets you do the exact same thing, i.e. having the sole power to choose any one district to put in. It seems like the backlash is almost entirely due to the assumption that there are way more than two sponsors in the game, which I might fear as well if I were a player in the game.
