Against all odds and incredible competition, these Tributes have weathered the Arena for over a month. I've begun to wonder if the Arena feels like home for them by now. They make trees look surprisingly comfortable! I hear there are some children in our audience who are quiet jealous, in fact. It seems they are refusing to sleep in their beds! With approximately 50/50 odds to survive this penultimate trial, the Tributes must utilize their strengths to outdo a former ally. Remaining patient and quick-witted will be crucial. Through either mental fortitude or intuition, those that can best leverage the elements of the Arena may just find the odds are in their favor. Rules: 1. You will have 2 hours to solve as many of the given puzzles as possible. 2. At the end, the number of puzzles you solve will be compared to the other tributes. The tribute in each District with the highest number of solved puzzles will be safe. 3. If there is a tie, we will look at the time the last puzzle is submitted for each person. Whichever tribute solved the number of puzzles they completed fastest will win the tie. 4. All submissions must be made in your confessional. They should be formatted screenshot with a tab of this forum visible. Using an image editing tool such as pixlr editor or paint is recommended. We also suggest being prepared to use an image hosting site such as imgur. 5. Outside sources are not permitted to be used during the challenge.
6. When you are ready to begin, use this google doc to receive the puzzles and start your time. 7. You only get one submission per puzzle in your confessional. You can put each puzzle solution as its own post or put them all on one post, but once a solution is posted you cannot edit or redo. Do not edit any posts in the confessional thread you use for this challenge. 8. Other than to wish your fellow Tributes good luck, please do not discuss the challenge after you have started it.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact a moderator. You will have until Wednesday at 6PM PDT to complete this challenge. As we imagine you are under enough stress as it is, we promise the results won't contain "April Fools" jokes! Happy Hunger Games!

I want to say that whoever makes it out of this group, work your hardest to win this whole thing.
Susan, it's been swell.
Tetra and Wenya, you two are massive survivors in this game. You were both under the pump from the start of the game and one of you is going to get the whole way to the final. And to fall just short of that start is still a huge accomplishment. Congrats to you both.
Now, who of you is going to be my partner for the end after I mercilessly destroy one of my best friends?

It's cute that you think you're going to destroy me. Puzzles are my forte, darlin. Bring it on <3.

Depends on the type of puzzle haha. I am shit at jigsaws. But I am good at logic-y ones.

Will this end early if everyone has submitted?

I’ve submitted.
(Good luck by the way! I haven’t said anything along these lines since I’m not the most eloquent of speakers but it’s been a great time playing with you all.)

I'm in.
May the odds be in someone's favor.
I'm trying to win, but if I don't, I won't feel bad.

PMing people kind of fell by the wayside, didn't it?

I mean, I'm quite fond of you; we've been through quite a lot, and now it's most unfortunate that we part ways.

Either way, one of the two of us is making it to the end game. I'll cheer you on, if you cheer me on.

We have to. I mean, it's just the way it has to be. And honestly, you were my partner for eighty percenticles of the game, I'm attached to you.
That, and you did all the heavy lifting, socially. I couldn't put together a simple "vote this wanker out" plan without getting us both tossed in the trash for a round.
Fortunately that all worked quite nicely.

I still can't believe neither of our pairs got sent at the second double elimination honestly

I mean, what else am I supposed to do while I'm locked up? We're a quaranteam, and we're fucking good at geoguessr.
Like, I'm pretty good, but I was a bit sad when I dropped a single point, cause I thought there was gonna be a bigger time wasting lunatic than me at geoguessr (and I'm kind of surprised there wasn't, disappointed really, what am I doing with my life, and how the hell can I pick out Senegal from basically seeing French in Africa? I need to get my job back or get a new job.)

I put my entire game on the line to save Susan from that eliminator, haha.
We're all done right. Do we rabble?

See I spotted Senegal from the sign that said Senegal. Me and Susan just couldn't communicate well on that one. We got the wrong city.

Okay, now it's not my fault.
Good luck to whoever makes it out of here. Y'all have been lovely competitors and I've loved playing this game with all of you. And those of you still watching at home, you all made this a really tough but fun game and one way or another, can't wait to see you again soon <3.
