Submitted. Now I've got the image in front of me.
Anyway, here's what we're going to do. You see that omnidirectional arrow at the bottom left of your thing? The numbers next to it are your mouse coordinates, and we can use it to zero in on the location of something on the canvas.
Our goal should be to take as much time to get things right as possible. We don't care about winning immunity, we just don't want to be in the eliminator.

Let's start off with the background color. That's going to be:
Hue: 137 Sat: 240 Lum: 120 Red: 0 Green: 148 Blue: 255

If you go into "Edit Colors", add that as a custom color, and fill in the background, then you should have the backdrop completely down.

This is a confusing picture, so expect there to be a bit of time between instructions. Next, you're going to want your 'brush' tool to be four pixels wide (the biggest option automatically selectable), and change the color to black, since that's what they're using for the main 'brush'. This picture was made in MS paint as well, so it's easily recreatable in it.

The bottom picture appears to be some sort of representation of earth. You're going to want to draw a curved line that starts at 103, 794, and ends at 796, 777. Make sure it crosses through 305, 705 as its going up, peaks at 507, 684, and crosses through 684, 714 as it's going back down. The right side of it (after the peak) is a bit more curved than the left, as it's not a proper globe.

Go with the 8 pixel brush. I just meant the fourth option.

Now draw a landmass that SORT OF looks like the top third of Australia within the center of the globe. You'll want to start from the very bottom at 315, create a line with three squiggles that goes directly upwards and stops at 323, 747. From there, make a squiggly, slightly curved slope that runs upwards to stop at 458, 700 (should stop BEFORE the line you drew earlier). Then, make a similarly squiggly line that runs down to 545, 745. Create a tiny line that runs up to 550, 735, then diagonally upwards to 563, 730, then diagonally downwards to 588, 748. Then, make a circular indentation in the continent (like a horseshoe) with points at 589, 773, then 613, 787, then curls back upwards to 617, 747.
Stay tuned, because you're not finished yet. Just wanted to update what you should do.

Now, draw a slightly descending diagonal line from your last point to 634, 749. Now, draw a line downwards to 641, 767. Then a line diagonally down to 673, 790. Then straight down to the bottom and you should be done.
Next, fill the continent you've just made a new green:

Next, draw 3 islands to the left of the landmass-- one small, hat-shaped one within the dimensions 193, 772 and 228, (the bottom). The second one, within 237, 758 and 267, 787, shaped like a circle with a small indentation in the bottom right. The final one, 266, 735, and 303, 782, shaped like an upright-facing t-bone steak and SORT OF able to fit into the second one.
There should be another small, imperfect island within 535, 703, and 562, 726. Make sure none of these islands overlap with one another or the biggest island or the curved line you made, and color them all the same green you colored the original.

After you're done drawing the continent and all four of its islands, fill the remaining circular area a dark blue.

Next, switch back to your 8 px black brush, and draw a curved line starting at 340, 695, peaks at 426, 582, and curves back around to end at 391, 421. In a similar vein, draw another line starting at 611, 692, peaks at 523, 627, and continues curving upwards to end at 429, 410.

Next, draw a line from 391, 421 that goes diagonally downwards to end at 360, 549. Then, draw another diagonal line starting at 429, 410 and goes down to 524, 440. Then, draw a half circle that connects the ends of the two diagonal lines you just drew in a manner similar to a hammerhead shark, with the line you draw passing through 459, 369, peaking at 438, 364, curves downward to pass through 392, 374 as the midpoint, has 347, 479 as the leftmost limit, and curves back around to finish at 360, 549. It should look like a big mushroom/hammerhead shark's body thus far.

Next, place a single dot at 421, 385, and another single dot at 378, 409. Neither of these should be outside of the 'head' of the beast you're creating.

After that, make a small curved line that looks like a frowny face that runs from 389, 392 to 405, 387.
Then, you're going to want to fill up this monster a new shade of orange.

Next, draw a circle centered around 147, 590, with an uppermost limit at 145, 558, then a rightmost limit at 186, 588, then a downwards limit at 145, 621, then a leftmost limit at 106, 588. Draw a smaller circle centered around 732, 430, with an uppermost limit at 732, 416, a then a rightmost limit at 756, 432, then a downwards limit at 732, 448, then a leftmost limit at 706, 431.
Fill in both of these circles a new shade of yellow.

Next, make a spiral shape that runs from 414, 628 to 146, 575, with two loops outside of the sun and one very small one inside of it. Make a similar spiral shape starting at 521, 626 that runs to 707, 441 and intersects with the edge of the sun. This one should also have three loops, but they're all outside of the sun.
Next, make ten equidistant squiggles radiating from the black outline of the left sun, and make sure that none of them cross the upper limit of 141, 510, the leftmost limit of 39, 575, the rightmost limit of 235, 575, or the bottom limit of 137, 667. It's okay if you cross over the spiral with one or two of the right ones.
The other sun should employ a similar tactic, but with eight equidistant squiggles instead of ten, with an uppermost limit of 713, 353, a leftmost limit of 646, 408, a rightmost limit of 785, 430, and a bottom limit of 726, 494. Make sure the rightmost squiggle is curved downwards, and does not actually touch the yellow circle.

Next, draw a black line from 361, 302 downwards to end at 362, 322. Draw a diagonal line going upwards and to the right to 392, 305. Then draw a diagonal line going upwards and to the left to 376, 291. Then draw a semi-circle that's the same size as the open shape you just drew so that it looks like some sort of keyhole.
Next, fill up said 'keyhole' with the same blue you used for the Earth.
